BERNADINE BOURKE / MIXED MEDIA ARTIST
Bernadine Bourke the proprietor of Jam Box Art Studio, will be partaking in her artisan practice of crafting lamps, preparing prints, printing, and wood turning. During the weekends of the open studio, there will be a variety of lamps and designs available ranging from battery tea light, usb and larger electrical lamps. Orders can also be made during visits. Limited editions print works of various artists including Karen McClurkin (partner and co-founder of Jam Box Art studio), will be on display. Certificate of authenticity will be provided on purchase of prints.

I’m a creative maker working with textiles in many forms in a light and airy studio about 20km north of Bindoon. My creative practice is broad and varied using many textile techniques but frequently involves a sewing machine in some way. Or at least a needle. It’s the nature outside my door that provides a lot of my inspiration.

​Jeanette was an art teacher, head of arts and Principal in private schools in Perth Western Australia for many years. Her passion for art and encouraging young people to explore their creative skills was evident in her long career in arts education. A professional Artist, now based in Fremantle, Jeanette has held solo and joint Exhibitions of her art which is held in both public and private collections around the world.
Formerly an Occupational Therapist, Ross now dedicates his retirement to what was always his true passion - creating beautiful things. A multi-award winning woodwork and textile artist, Ross spends a lot of time gathering inspiration from the Chittering bush to create his unique clothing, quilts and art pieces featuring native flora and fauna
